Price: £240 (£40 per 1.5-hour weekly class)
We're excited to offer a new six-week workshop focused on building emotional resilience through boxercise and psychological techniques. This workshop integrates the knowledge of Polyvagal Theory to supercharge the benefits gained from a boxercise workout.
Focus Areas:
Building the ability to regulate emotions in the nervous system by increasing body awareness.
Experimenting with skills to move more fluidly through freeze, flop, fight/flight states.
Finding ways to anchor oneself in feeling safe and connected when alone and with others.
Who Might Benefit:
Women with high stress or anxiety: Ideal for those looking to regulate their nervous system and manage stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm.
Women recovering from trauma or burnout: Perfect for those wanting to reconnect with their bodies, heal from emotional exhaustion, and learn strategies to move out of freeze.
Busy women juggling multiple roles: Great for those needing tools to quickly ground themselves and return to a calm, centered state during busy or challenging moments.
Women experiencing emotional dysregulation: Beneficial for those struggling with fluctuating moods or feeling constantly on edge.
Similar to our flagship workshop, a WhatsApp group will be available as a motivational peer space to ask questions, check in about strategies practiced outside of class, and share experiences. This group helps apply skills learned to everyday life and build connections with others.
