Drop In Boxercise Classes
Craving a class without the commitment or intensity of a full therapy-informed workshop? Slide into our weekly Boxercise sessions at Barnstaple Amateur Boxing Club—where vintage vibes meet female empowerment in motion.
Price: If you’re dropping in, it’s £10 per class 
Monthly Membership option available: £20 a month for four classes (£5 pounds a class!)
What to Expect:
- Mindful Body Check-In: Tune into your body's energy level 
- Warm-Up: Lets get those heart rates going! 
- Drills: Punch, jab, and move to the beat. 
- Cool Down: Ease off and slow down the pace. 
- Check-Out: Reflect and recharge. 
Each class is a fusion of fun, fitness, and fierce femininity. With group sizes ranging from 3 to 8, you'll get the attention you deserve.
